    what do you mean? c. had 2 first downs in the entire second half until the last drive of the game, and more penalty yards than actual yards in the first half, and MULTIPLE unnecessary roughness penalties...

    I expect weaver and horn both to have tremendous seasons and be much needed catalysts for the offense, and also for the confidence of GB1. Gerry has some really good targets to throw to. we shouldnt be performing so poorly right now

    No. but losing by 3 scores within the first 5 minutes does its not losing to a T-25 program that is bad - it’s losing and looking like a JV middle school team when you’ve had all year to prepare I mean feel free to be optimist because yeah it’s week 1. BYU is an awesome team. but…. 3 wins max at this rate

    Nah fam. This isn’t it. Right now it’s not about showing life in one half - they need to show up and play a competitive football game like 99% of teams are capable of doing back to back runs up the middle to start the season disqualifies any future statement about the team having an okay second half next week, if the play calling is better and the defense can get some momentum I’ll revisit the issue otherwise, we are the Kansas, Vandy, and Nebraska of CFB - GO BULLZ

    i hope there is at least one red seat in the new stadium, somewhere random, that is never to be sat in - in honor of our piss poor attendance of the old days!

    by the second quarter the defense could be completely on their heels. I am not expecting a strong performance defensively tomorrow - and it will make all the difference. that being said, no the BYU fans dont really have that much to worry about, except the things that are not meant to be worried about, but become very worrying when you're playing at 4 PM in the florida heat & humidity against a basically new team tl;dr be worried

    do you know many donors that would upset? it would be a huge miss for USF to not include some sort of amenity for donors & higher ticket levels. if things aren't sumptuous there's going to be complaints. people are picky like that. the last thing we need is a makeshift outdoor cabana like central florida - make it nicer!

    a UW/UO addition to the big 10 could make sense, I guess. especially if big10 is trying to buy into more of the western market and it does make some travel easier assuming the 4 west coast schools could play each other pretty easily. either way the realignment continues to be the wild west and it will change every month lol

    yeah their campus is beautiful. one of the cooler places to play in college football. hopefully opposing teams will be saying that about playing USF in our new stadium come a few years from now!

    I love the look of the plan! stadium design seems to be awesome as well. this will be huge for recruiting. clear investments being made in athletics

    lol I like BYU a lot. such great fans and they love their Coogs sports teams. I appreciate their passion. that aside, it is worth noting these projections have the game pretty close. that's good to see given the on-field performance of the Bulls in the past few seasons. our records would not inspire any confidence in us if you took it at face value. I think those projections are pretty fair but dont take enough consideration into how effective GB could be moving the offense. I didnt project this officially, but I could see USF putting 40+ points on the board if the pre-season tales are all true. If BYU really has an issue at WR due to health, this game could be swinging in another direction.

    from an outsiders perspective, it does seem there is an issue with WR coming into this week 1 for BYU. Puka Nacua (#12 WR) seems like the main guy, but other news would suggest they're having some issues getting guys healthy. interested to see if this impacts how much they go to the air for the big plays versus how much success they can find on the ground.

    I dont know why this whole mack situation reminds me of the trajectory of ronald jones from the Bucs. was the go to guy for a while, got leaped (granted, mack had an injury) and now he can barely make a roster spot on the chiefs. I'm hoping mack ends up in washington, i'd love to see the Gibson + Mack combo. But I guess we'll see. The dude is so talented and I hate to see the struggle to return.

    I've said this before & i'll say it again, will jones may very well end up being the glue that keeps together the secondary, a reason the defense can take away longer passing plays and force more short passes. the experience is very much needed in this position! I could see Will up for consideration in the better tiers of the NFL draft if he has a consistent season.
