  1. Excellent, but it doesn't support the businesses that support the Bulls
  2. When I saw he listed "Landshark" as a fav, it all made sense instantly ....
  3. Makes him eligible for the draft again next year
  4. They did, but Kentucky was robbed. They should have been there
  5. Genord is no Bohm. Did we ever find out why he was suspended for 5 games earlier in the year? Could be a factor?
  6. All these dudes flying off the board from AAC schools that didn't even make the dance, kind of makes Mohl and staff's job this year look even better.
  7. I know a 6th round pick working in the offseason. Retail and some lessons when he can
  8. https://www.marketplace.org/2018/04/05/business/minor-league-baseball-draws-fans-and-dispute-over-pay
  9. Either way he's gone. Yeah, way to early but fun nonetheless
  10. It's great to wear green and gold sunglasses, but we have to be realistic. You want these conferences to kick these teams out with all their tradition just to open up a spot for USF? What exactly have we won on the grand scale? None of the conferences need USF to recruit in Florida. SEC and ACC certainly don't need us for visibility. You could make an argument for the Big 12 for market exposure I guess, but that's about it.
  11. But Louisville and "Cuse sure didn't have a problem jumping ship to the ACC when the chance came
  12. Restock, retool maybe. A lot depends on if anyone steps up to really fill the Fri/Sat starter slots. I don't see anyone that automatically fills the role, but there were some good things from Sullivan, Yager, Wisely, etc. late to give us hope. Hitting will slip some with the loss of Stunkel and probable loss of Villar and Genord. If anyone else like Chat or Montes go pro, then you're looking at a major line up overhaul as well.
  13. I think the only way Perez, Villar, Genord are back is 1) they don't get drafted, 2) they get drafted, have an extremely overvalued opinion of themselves, 3) love the college experience so much they want to come back for their senior year, 4) don't want to play pro ball. Personally, I think #1 is the only possibility and I don't think that happens. But who knows.
  14. They'll more than they are making at USF and get their pro career started.
  15. Some will say the Rays got 2 LHP steals Hope he's not too close to still negatively impact the team's performance next year ...
  16. Throwing strikes is usually a mechanical thing and most teams will feel they can coach/fix that when they start working with a guy. So a lefty touching triple digits won't usually be killed by that. But the other things we can't see necessarily as a fan will make a difference. The attitude, make up, coachability, etc. Also, once a guy like SM starts drafting you hit teams that are looking for something specific, may have players that they have done a lot more homework on thinking they are in the target area and just keep passing on a guy. They're all prospects and they are going to consider the risk/reward.
