    Flowers will no doubt work on his weaknesses this spring and will solidify himself as the starter for at least the opener. I hope he improves on accurately passing something other than screens and long shots downfield.

    Glad the next three games including UConn are at home where they seem to play really well

    I like our chances and the biggest difference between Leavitt and Taggart is Taggart actually wins conference games

    If FSU keeps struggling on QB we have a really good shot at them next year at home.

    They looked mediocre at best and our best player was off the whole game. Refs didn't help much either.

    This is why I kind of want AW to be QB next year. It would be a shame to waste all that depth in WR if we don't have a QB who can consistently throw to them, unless QF can make huge improvements in the off season

    I just want to play some more SEC schools. I was looking at the future schedules and we have no SEC programs scheduled at all :/

    What was the initial reaction from WKU fans to coach Taggart leaving WKU?

    I absolutely love that WKU fans are talking trash on social media about playing "nobody" for a bowl. Beating them by 20+ will be fun. If we can shut down a Cincinnati offense that was ranked in the top 5, we can shut down WKU.

    I feel like the key to being able to join the Big 12 is to keep coach our for the long run. It sure worked wonders for TCU. Gary Patterson has stayed with them since they were in the mountain west conference

    ^that's college football. Obviously everyone is going to blame the head coach when things aren't going right. He knows that's what he signed up for. I just can't see Coach T at Mizzou. It seems like such an awkward spot for him. I'm hoping he stays for the long run like CJL

    well actually some of their scores in the second half were because of our second stringers' mistakes.. like that high snap in our territory that Cincy then recovered to score a TD

    Either way, we need to keep both Allen and Hope. Both are home run hires and I was most pleasantly surprised by how well the O line has played thanks to Hope's guidance.

    It's not that simple ^ not giving him at least a two year extension would hurt recruiting. And honestly I think he deserves it at this point

    We said the same thing about Memphis' explosive offense and look at what happened.. we held them to their season low in points. Unless this team is still hungover from Temple we should be able to win

    Is there a difference between the offensive style of Memphis versus Cincinnati? They both run a spread and have a great QB running it. If we were able to hold down Paxton Lynch and Memphis to a season low in points we should be more than capable of holding down Gunner Kiel and Ciny's proclaimed powerful offense
