The only thing that makes sense is that its been outsourced to a miserable company with an ironclad contract we can't get out of.

I'm very interested in getting a Bullscast subscription, but I was burned similarly several years back.  I'll happily pay for a service worth paying for.  Given the previous state it was in, they should just give access to certain level donors or overhaul the quality.  There's no way I'm paying (even a measly $12) for something so terrible.

I think the provider is Neulion and they have been buying up other video delivery technology. Maybe it will get better.
