Also, I assume youre going to the game tomorrow. Game is at 3, so come early and get lunch. (And walk around Tiger Lane)

If you want more BBQ, Central BBQ is right there by the stadium on Central...if you're through with the BBQ, try Soul Fish Cafe at Cooper-Young...C-Y is maybe 4 mins from the stadium.

Thanks for all your suggestions. Had planned to try Germantown but had a bit of a hiccup in our plans.  My wife spent the better part of the day in the ER.  Thought she was having a heart attack.  After tests everything was good and they also checked out her gall bladder.  No stones or anything so it may have been a bit too much Gus's and BBQ shop.  We'll be doing the USF tailgate before the game but hope to get there early enough to stroll around and meet some Memphis fans.

Tiger Lane was the coolest tailgate area I've seen next to the railroad cars at L'ville.  Talked to a couple of the groups.  They open the lots at 6 am the day BEFORE the game to allow them to set up.  People have sofas, bars, etc and when I looked for the generators to power the lights, TVs and blenders, they showed us the power supplies at each spot.  How freaking cool.  Seeing the live tiger was also great.  Good fans.  A few actually stopped us, thanked us for coming and shook our hands.  Shame Memphis isn't in our division.  Would like to do that every other year.

I'll be down in February for the basketball game, I've got family in Lutz I can stay with free, and gas looks to be staying cheap...see you guys then!
