One more thing, I said this is the number 3 position in the box office. This is an area that has some great people. Collin and Tony both do an incredible job and are asked to work some insane hours. Whoever gets this job will be in a great work environment. Working in sales for all those years, the group that runs the ticket office is almost a partnership, and I was fortunate to have so many great and helpful people work in our box office over the years. Many of the compliments I received were made possible by the hard work and cooperation of the box office.

I used to work for the Blue Jays in Dunedin's ticket office but decided to make a career change and now love my position at Tech Data in technical services.

 

It's opportunities like this that make me want to rejoin the ranks of the sport business world, but no way could I ever be as big of a Bulls fan in the org as I am outside of the org.  The hours are rough, and the pay is "meh" (at least to my knowledge of the field),but the perks were amazing.  Unfortunatly its mostly a field that requires a ton of "who you know" rather than "what you know"
