Whatever the Bull Backers are rustling up at their tailgate :)

I'll be bringing some rare beers, to celebrate.

 

Now that has me excited. 

Menu will be more traditional BBQ, Smoked Ribs and chicken with sides. Oh and My mom's Infamous Mac N Cheese

I'll be in Durango next week staying at the Rochester Hotel...looking forward to enjoying some Durango Wheat beer at Diamond Belles Saloon and sweet potato fries up in Singleton.

 

Enjoy your time in Durango.  Are you sure your not talking about Silverton instead of Singleton?

If you like hot springs, check out Pagosa Springs. It's just a short drive east on US 160.

I'm going to be smoking a pork shoulder for about 8 or 9 hours to make some pulled pork and I'll have a cooler full of craft beer to wash it down! I can't freaking wait!
