Geesh. White was flawed as a true freshman, but he had much more success than Floyd ever did on the field. I know "almost" sucks, but he was a bad call (Davis OI) v Houston and a bad decision (pick v UCF) of beating 2 bowl teams. Floyd was a 3rd year player, and barely led us to our most embarrassing loss in the HISTORY OF OUR PROGRAM. Seriously? Let's not go overboard. Our defense "almost" beat 2 bowl teams. White didn't screw those games up too much, let's not pretend he was Johnny Manziel. Floyd "led us to our most embarassing loss..." but Eveld played most of the second half and didn't accomplish anything either. The offense was horrible overall, trying to blame it all on one QB or pretend that another QB is a superstar is absurd. Floyd got one half of football and White got several games. I'm quite sure that if Floyd had several games he'd have had a half or two that looked decent, just like White did. Why we are still beating up on Floyd I don't understand. The kid graduated college in three years. That is awesome, he should be commended for that since that is the primary reason for a university to exist. Not sure why some get joy in constantly blaming their own life failures on a 21 year old that played 8 or 9 quarters of football and is moving on to another school. He's moving on, the rest of us should move on as well.
