I never fault anyone for getting the best deal possible for themselves.

 

If you don't like DW's contract, don't blame him, blame the person who gave it to him.

 

Absolutely right

 

But i think we can all agree that DW contract is absurd... There is simply no evidence to suggest hes worth even half that...

 

You'd think he'd be motivated to earn those insane bonuses.

Maybe they thought if they pay him like a top tier AD he'd produce at that level.

What are his qualifications? All I could find is he has a bachelors degree from University of BFE - satillite campus
