Instead go to the Hofbräuhaus across the river in Newport, Ky.

I prefer Dixie and Gold Star over Skyline, any day.

By the way, you can get all that, Montgomery Inn, Graeter's, La Rossa's Pizza,...,etc., from Cincy's Finest next to the Skyline on US19.

Skyline is the best, Dixie is edible in a pinch, and I wouldn't feed Gold Star to my dog.

Speaking of Newport, there used to be a great Chinese place right there on the river with weekend dim sum, carts and all. Mmmm. Dim sum!

We go there every time we're in Cincinnati. Every time we go, I swear I'm going to bribe that polka band to play "The Bull" for the Cincinnati folks there. Maybe this will be the year. I've been hanging out with SpeedyBull and Bull-By-Marriage. I drink more, now.
