Do you have any idea on the gametime for UM-USF?

Some people will park in the Hillsborough Community College (HCC) parking lots, which are on the west side of Dale Mabry Hwy across from the stadium. I'm not sure if anyone parks in the Yankees' Spring Training complex lots or if they're even open (they might be since this could be closer to a sellout with lots of local fans). They have the elevated crosswalk which is nice to not dodge DM traffic (or use the crosswalk at Tampa Bay Blvd on the south end of the stadium).

There are neighborhood lots that will open early on the east side of Himes Ave... If it's a nooner you'll see people out there as early as 6am for breakfast.
