Okay, now that I have your attention....

 

In the changing world on NCAA Football, we better get to know a little more about the "non-P5".  Without cheating (that means looking it up on internet or asking Mike Stuben), whose logo is this?  And what would you rate it on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest rating, all things considered.

It's East Tennessee State. I used to date an Alumni, or else I probably wouldn't know. I don't care for the logo, but the girl rated quite well.
