Refs are garbage all around. It's just weird seeing the heat actually getting some against them.

That shot clock call vs Indiana that clearly hit the rim and would've out the pacers up 11 was by far the worst call in the game. Swung the momentum. Lebrons last foul didnt matter pacers had the two score lead with about 50 seconds left.

Funny hear heat fans cry about calls when they usually always get them all.

Or how about the call late in the 4th where the refs even went to the bench to clarify and the ball clearly went off ray Allens elbow and they gave it to Miami. Funny no one talking about those two calls today. It's mind boggling.

Okay, let me get this straight:

-The Pacers have shot more free throws (108 to 79)

-The Heat have been called for more personal fouls (85 to 78)

-LeBron was called for five fouls in game one

-The Pacers have been called for one more technical foul (4 to 3)

-The Heat have been called for one more defensive 3-seconds (3 to 2)

-Delay of game calls are even at 1

-Traveling calls are even at 3

-The Pacers have been called for one more offensive foul (10 to 9)

-Two of the Heat's offensive fouls have been called against LeBron and one against Bosh

But somehow the series is blatantly being called in the Heat's favor...

Not the Heat. LeBron.  Really you have to be biased not to see it.  With the rare exception of last night, LeBron routinely bulldozes and hacks people and gets no call then receives touch fouls on the other end.  It is way beyond ridiculous.

Seriously.  I mean LeBron James is a big guy, is known for his defense and post up game plays nearly 40 minutes per night and he has gone 380 straight regular season games without fouling out.  That is almost five years.

That is really not possible without help from the refs.

The thread originated after Bulliever watched game one and pertains to this series. My point is that in this series it hasn't been the case with regards to LeBron. He had five fouls in game one and fouled out in game four. He's been called for offensive fouls and been assessed technicals. Therefore, the assertion that for this series he's been getting the benefit of calls is simply not the case.

Biased? No. I certainly realize LeBron has gotten the benefit of the doubt more often than not for his career. So did Jordan and so did Kobe. But as far as this series is concerned, it simply hasn't been the case.

Perhaps you're referring to other Heat fans crying about the officiating? I think this series has been poorly officiated on both sides and I agree those two calls you mentioned should've gone the other way.

I'm just refuting the notion that the series has gone in the Heat's favor, which is certainly hasn't.

And I don't think the officiating has prevented Miami from winning one of the two games they ended up losing. They've put themselves in this situation with poor support and bench play with the lone exception being game three. The Heat are letting the Pacers set the tone and it should be the other way around. Too much iso and standing around on offense. They need to get it together soon. I'm confident they will.

That only happened because he felt so smooth from banging all 20,000 of those broads ...

Edit:  I shortchanged Wilt by half originally.  Sorry Wilt.
