Incorrect sir.  In reports, he alleges he went to them in July...he was fired in July.  He provided a video in November.  He's filed a lawsuit...so, we'll never really know.

Incorrect sir.

According to the complaint, Murdock first raised concerns about Rice’s behavior to his superiors in June 2012. He was let go in July, ostensibly for insubordination.

Thanks for confirming you are incorrect.  He alleges he raised concerns in July.  The video surfaced later.  He wasn't fired for providing video.

Those old Super8 films are hard to get developed nowadays. Everyone else has gone digital...

Maybe you should actually read something once in a while if you wish to be informed.  He alleges he raised the concerns in JUNE and was fired in JULY.  He also alleges he presented the to the AD in JUNE but the AD refused to watch it.

These arguments with you are always fun, but where in your linked article does it say that?  After all, I am reading it to satisfy your allegations.  Have you?

Reading is fundamental.

On the same day they announced, Rutgers cancelled a meeting with Eric Murdock, his lawyers said Friday. The former director of player development wanted to show Rutgers brass a video he had compiled that demonstrated a pattern of physical and verbal abuse by head basketball coach Mike Rice.

I know you still won't believe it.  You always have this strange calling to protect those in power.

But others that read this link will see there is another viewpoint rather than your wild, made up assumptions that always attack the little guy trying to do the right thing.

Is it true? What have you read?

Seems he's no hero for tolerating it while getting paid and squealing when not getting paid.

Let's get the story straight.  No, he went to the AD with the video and the AD/coach fired him for bringing up the subject.   That is why he went public.

Now listen, great defender of the little guy.  The story said he went with the video in November and got rebuffed.  You say he brought the video to the AD and was fired.  He was fired in July as your story and everyone else's says.  He couldn't have gone to the AD with the video and and been fired then.

July comes before November.

Now find another way to attack.  I'm sure others enjoy these little girl like fights.

Seriously?

Murdock said he went to the AD with the video in JUNE BEFORE HE WAS FIRED IN JULY.  Why is that so difficult for you to comprehend?

You love to play these semantic games to try and get away from the facts.  I deal with facts, you can live in whatever delusional world to want to so that you can impugn the character of this guy Murdock that you have never met.  Enjoy, I'm done.
