Jon Gruden took the Bucs to a division title in 2007 ... then got fired after a 4 game losing streak to miss the playoffs in 2008.  Just sayin.    :FIREdevil:

 

Nice try, but weak .... if that had been the Buc's first division title in their history, he wouldn't have been fired.
