Anyone know how his attitude/demeanor is? Friendly, talkative to press? Animated on the sidelines? Stone cold?

We had two almost opposite ends of the spectrum when it came to CJL and CSH, where does CWT fall?

In a way, he has that energetic side to him, similar to Raheem Morris or Luke Fickell - rocks a headset, but will get on field and fire up players. Looks like it's just enough and at the right times.

Haven't seen enough game film to know if he gets in refs faces or not.

I hear he's great with press from others. He's definitely a very personable guy.

You're correct, I think we had both ends of the spectrum in certain things, I'm hoping third time's a charm with Willie's hire. Has a little of both Leavitt and Holtz, but knows when to hold/when to fold. if he is as balanced as they say, it will work out well.

Seen him a few times on the sidelines, when standing next to him on game day - think the player feel his passion.

He took over a team that lost 20 in a row and changed the culture.

Go BULLS !!!

Unlike some of you, I don't care about a coaches demeanor. Tony Dungy won with a cool, calm demeanor, Spurrier won with a more animated demeanor.

demeanor is fun to watch but again, he has said the right things in the past, you gotta step on your opponents throats when you have the opportunity.

I hope he gets pissed like Leavitt, but loves players like Holtz

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
