One fan was being a complete A-hole yelling at the players as they went into the tunnel. He was turning purple like Brian Kelly. The only person he didn't yell at was Cosh. smh

Yelling at players is stupid and doesn't solve anything. It's not their fault they have crappy coaches who are in over their heads. Yelling at coaches is fair game though, and I let a few choice words flow towards holtz and cosh

Nothing wrong with that. Yes some guy was unleashing on players and that would be better directed to coaches but I get it... we are all frustrated.

Maybe I am mistaken but I saw Holtz and a fan make extended eye contact as the fan unleashed words I couldnt hear. The booing and shouting was pretty audible. Never seen anything like it at RayJay.

we have enough talent even on defense to be beating the teams we're losing to.seriously,. it's not like we are letting top 10 offenses beat us.

the philosophy, scheme and situational playcalling is awful.

last year we had the same problem on defense. I remember when being conservative wasn't working so we got ultra conservative and instead of rushing 4 we would rush 2 guys late in close games. we were not calling aggressive enough on obvious passing situations(3rd and long, last 5 minutes) and QBs would drop back, have 6 seconds for plays to develop and bam convert long 3rd downs and sustain late drives. at some point Snyder started to get more aggressive with his defense. they played much better. got more sacks and tackles for loss. unfortunately our offense started to sputter at the same time.

those 2 deep outs last night in their last drive were disgusting. that QB had all day. we rushed 4 of course. didn't get pressure and he had literally 6 or 7 seconds to let those plays develop. even great secondaries will break down given enough tim.

Syracuse's offense is one of the best in the country number wise...
