Listen to the first minute of the interview. Cosh said " He made two game saving tackles" I didnt realize we won the game at Louisville.

There is such a thing as plays where the door is saved from being blown wide open. That's probably what he meant. Game wasn't over until that BJ pick late, but could have been earlier.

Man ... we've pretty much covered all the reasons why Cosh sucks. This thread, and some others, are REALLY reaching to find even the tiniest little thing to biznitch about.

Not a reach here, These are his words not words that were twisted or put in his mouth. Im not going to venture on what "he meant" to say. Dont hate the messanger, just passing it on.

I understand, thing is though, I'm sure Cosh very much realizes who won the Louisville game.

The game was pretty much over when we didn't use our last timeout right after B.J. got sacked.

I recall running a few more plays after that, but that certainly hurt our chances.

We did, but that was the best time to use it. We took about 20 seconds to get ready for the next play.

We burned our last timeout after getting a 1st down with the clock stopped. Terrible.

Oh trust me, I remember. No need to rehash that madness too much.

Question: did we run hurry-up on that last drive at Nevada? I can't really remember that too much, but if there was ever a time to run a hurry-up, it was the last drive at Louisville, and it didn't seem like we had the hustle, even though we did have a couple plays where our receivers went out of bounds after the catch. I'm just having trouble remembering the last time I saw our guys going hurry-up, they don't usually seem to have a much of a sense of urgency when down late.

It wasn't a true hurry. We did take some time at the line while the clock was running. Fortunate thing for us was that we hit big plays.
