Houston almost made a BCS game last year till a loss in its Championship game, and in 2014 Cincy, UL, USF, UCF would be "BCS" busters because they would not be AQ schools, again the article is not well written for its content, but is ment for two year outlook.

Seriously, just stop trying to defend the statement any further than the "article is not well written".... Those teams are not BCS busters.

honestly though-- anyone who thinks USF is in a position to complain about being shutout of the process is somewhat delusional. We had our chance to make the leap and failed. Some teams that did make the leap are still being shut out. Our only real shot is getting into a power conference where a great season can be rewarded with a slot in these playoffs. Not holding my breath on that possibility though.

all things considered-- USF made some nice strides toward that network. But we still need more time, more money, and more winning-- so nothing has changed, we must be patient, vigilant, and opportunistic.
