Lynch was injured for a few days, too, so technically there were 3 injured DEs. We all know Forte is in the 2 deep when he's healthy, and Hill is probably ahead of any true freshman if healthy. Lets just give props to Eric Lee who might be in the rotation as the 5th guy since Hill is out for awhile.

Is Dvo really 6'5"? I thought when we were recruiting him he was 6'3". Is it a typo?

Kids do grow. He looked that huge in a picture playing against one of our DB's in practice.

Yes, Lee appears to be the real deal. Holtz really wanted him here.

Just to update -- Holtz says Daniel Perry will play this fall if he can establish himself among top five DEs. Lynch would have to redshirt for that to happen, but as it stands Perry and Edsel Caprice (moved back from LB) are competing for fifth DE spot.
