Yes... The third level is all bleacher seating.

3rd level ... and bench seating may be a better description.

And they are benches with backs, sort of like the old Tampa Stadium (for those old enough to remember).

Sort of like the benches at the new soccer stadium, I think down the road it would be pretty easy to switch them over to chairs, when the crowds for games are often using those seats.

With so many amazing new facilities, decisions had to be made because you can't say yes to every possible option.
