I'd think an RPI lower than 50 from a one-bid league and a disappointing finish in conference tournament isn't a team that knocks USF out right now.

I agree Greg, but is there any team in particular you're referring to? Middle Tennessee State, Iona and Oral Roberts all could possibly see their RPI drop to 50 or lower with a loss, but I think USF fans can still breath a bit easier if those teams win their league tourneys.

Of course, if USF wins today, I don't think it really matters. I think they're in for sure then, if they aren't already. I'm equally interested in these at-large bids because regardless of USF's position, I'd like to see the Big East get as many bids as possible.

With today's loss this suddenly becomes more important. Murray State in a close one vs. Tennessee State right now in the Ohio Valley Tournament championship game. Tennessee State is the only team to beat them this year.

Wichita State lost in the Missouri Valley Conference semifinals today, so now we need Creighton to beat Illinois St in the final tomorrow afternoon or there goes an at-large bid.
