love this part about Judy:

"Wait, wait, what's that? I think we've got one," Genshaft said, scurrying up to a startled student wearing a garnet and gold Florida State University shirt. She hammed disbelief, shook her finger and then said, "Come with me."

The poor kid didn't have a chance to say no. Pretty soon they were in the parking garage, Genshaft rustling through the trunk of her car. She pulled out a brand new T-shirt with big, green letters on the front: USF. The student ducked into a stairwell and then emerged in a new get-up.

A born-again bull.
