I made shirts a few years ago that used the word "Bulls" and I was shut down.  Then I would see blatant use on ebay and it continues today. I think a lot depends on

A)  If someone turns you in, or

  You universe unfortunately crosses with someone at the CLC

What happen in your situation if you dont mind my asking

Also here is a real picture of Rocky I, circa 1962... it was taken on what is today USF's campus... herds of Rocky's use to roam all over portions of it that was not owned by the USAF.

I was told that the CLC must have come across it.  Any of these places that make tshirts, when they receive a letter from a lawyer about possible infringement, they tend to shut it down.  How the word "bulls" could belong to USF or Chicago for that matter is beyond me, but it didnt matter.

Just an FYI for those that are interested... the USF Beat WV shirts are on clearance for only $7.99... all of the other beat WV shirts for the Big East teams are not on sale.

Some of you may remember this.  In our first rematch vs Pitt after we beat them in 2001, i made a "Beat Pitt (again)" t shirt and other items.  Those were also shut down by CLC or USF

Assuming you didn't use any marks that sounds like overzealous enforcement. I understand protecting your brand but that's unreasonable. Not worth fighting over and they know it.

Agreee needless to say, the shirts were made just to have fun against Pitt, promote the rematch. Just fun. I had an online store with TBP shirts and other things related to the Bulls.  They even made me the site take down the Unofficial Tamplona shirts.  I think I used the phrase "Home of the Bulls". This is all bringing back bad memories.  Usfbullsgear.com.  Looking there now I'm surprised I was allowed to use the number 8!!  Lol.
