BUT, I counted fans at one game and came up with about 300. The number posted in the box score was a little more than 800. I'm thinking the season tickets issued count whether the people show or not. If it's not football or mens basketball it's all a guesstimate. So, usually they don't count anything. They just thrown number in to give the stats services.
