The trend of having reusable shopping bags is certainly present throughout the country, but I don't think a lot of places out side of la country that will stop using them altogether.

There is one store in Florida that doesn't have plastic bags (ALDI), but that's the stores reference not a county law.

I also believe wholefoods doesn't have plastic bags
