I've seen before, and was equally impressed.  There's the X factor that it's 1A, but his moves, clear speed, his smooth stride, and almost effortless play is what makes you realize he's 1-A College special.  Not much throwing, but his WR's are not 1-A material, and relied a ton on his feet.  This guy running is amazing.  If he had committed to Universities to play WR early on he might have had five stars attached to his name.  

I've seen the throwing.  A **** strong arm, decent motion, but he still needs some work, more so then Grothe.  The upside is almost amazing.

However, I can see USF using a player like him at QB if he pans out and beats the comp, but it would never happen at Miami.  They may say it will but they're comp level is so high they refuse to risk a season going down the toilet because a mobile QB tries to do too much.  Give them top notch pocket passers and they're happy.

Just saw that video.  Holy cow.  He would have a good chance to start at QB for Miami.  His speed is awesome.
