Holtz won't need 4 seasons.  This is the worst BCS conference in the land.  With the talent in our own backyards we should be cleaning up this league like Miami did when they were in the Big East.  There are no powerhouse teams in the Big East.  Our soon to be champion got rolled by Notre Dame, Utah, and Miami who are all having off years (Utah was exposed when they played decent teams).  WVU has Stewie as a head coach - they have a ceiling for sure just with coaching alone.

Problem is we arent getting a whole lot of that talent in our own backyard.

Lamar, Giddens, T-Rex are three guys, from within the city limits of Tampa who are very young and have been significant contributors this year.

Do a lot of guy leave Tampa? Of course, but the same thing happens in Dade County with UM. A lot of kids want to get away from home when they go to school, not move 2 miles away.
