Scout shows him going to WVU this week and UCF next week.

From the article(dated tomorrow<interesting>). He isn't sure he'll go to WVU. But he talked about OR as a wild card. I think the Bulls have fallen down the list.

Both Caesar and Jenkins hope to get the chance to visit campus and form their own opinions, but with signing day approaching, they aren’t sure they’ll get that chance. Caesar was scheduled to visit WVU Friday and Jenkins is supposed to come the following weekend, but neither is certain their visits will actually take place. They say they are waiting on confirmation from their lead recruiter, WVU Coach Lonnie Galloway, and as of Wednesday had not heard from him.

WVU, supposedly, is running up against scholarship limits. Perhaps, they  scheduled WR R Scott for this weekend and are now giving Juwan the runaround. They also have  WR H Colby schedeuled and he is expected to commit.

Not that USF was in the running anymore but Casear committed to Mich St. Where this concerns USF is what WVU does now. They may turn up the heat on Scott or some of the other WR on their board such as Terrell, Moncrief and Coby. Apparently Coby wants to commit but they've been holding off on accepting it to see if they could grab some of the WR higher up on their board.
