7-3 ... look at teams now ranked.

If we beat Pitt, and that's a big if, then we'll be real close. I would be interested to see if we're getting any votes in the polls this week.

What would work in our favor is to have USF beat Pitt, Miami beat VT, and then USF beat Miami. We'd be ranked if that occurred.

How about winning the last two games to go 5 - 2 and letting things sort themselves out.  That would be our best ever conference record.

Whoever is the winner of the BE is going to get a lot of "they suck," shouldn't be in the BCS games, etc.  So our thin-skinned fans (not all of us just some of us) is going to get riled up by the disrespect anyway.
