While Strong is in this league, I think he will be the coach CSH will most be measured against.

I wouldnt go that far but I do know how he has this team playing with not much talent there I cant imagine how they will be once he gets his people in there.  One thing i know as many defensive players as they have gotten in the upcoming recruiting class I think the UL D will be awesome in the years to come which I guess would be expected under Strong.
