Nothing wrong with being disappointed...you just have to realize what he walked into. If the team was made up of a bunch of guys he wanted to use, and fit his system, Holtz wouldnt be playing a bunch of true freshman on both sides of the ball...

The good news is that the young guys that have played a lil bit, T-Rex and Joyce especially, have looked pretty good.

It's amazing how fickle our fan base is.  Some people really have a inflated sense of where this program is at, especially talent wise.....

They also refuse to give ANY credit to Syracuse. They don't realize this isn't the same Syracuse that we were 5-0 against. Cuse managed to beat a bowl bound Northwestern team last year ..... AND they beat Rutgers.

The "Holtz" era is 5 games deep and depleted at the WR and QB position.  And recruiting isn't even worth talking about, WAY TOO EARLY. You'll see the same caliber of talent we've gotten in the past until we win championships with what we have.

Once again, building a GOOD team isn't like ordering a big mac, it takes time!
