I say build a stadium with the Rays and share the construction cost and the profit.  Can we somehow get revenue from their games?  :D

I think we should build the OCS where Cooper Hall is.  Ok, so that probably isn't enough space...  Can we build anything where Cooper Hall is?  That thing is like a dirty prison.

cooper is getting over $20 million in renovations and expansion  in a few years per the capital improvement plan
