Rain kept some away ... but remember the announced number is what is MOST important!

1. Sorry excuse!

a. Poncho's available for as little as 99 cents are made to keep people dry.

b. It' didn't rain!

2. So, they distributed 40,276 tickets and 10,337 said the game wasn't worth going to.  That speaks volumes for the program.

I was there, and I believe those 10,337 were right!

Do you have the Season Ticket sales figures for 2008, 2009, 2010?

Fringe fans???  Are sections like 113, 213, 112, 212, 109, 209, 108, 208 134, 234, 137, 237 fringe fan sections?  How about 124, 125?

Here's what I found from the SPT

2008 - 27,879

2009 - 24,185

2010 - 21,576 (as of July 15, 2010) Includes 3143 held by the Athletic Department for staff, trade partners, & other game day groups.

Does anyone have the current figures for 2010?

I don't know but I bought the $7X season tickets and now see why more people don't buy season tix

I needed one more ticket and got a club ticket for $10 on the way in.  With the $5.30 tix I could have listened to my brother who said we could get into every game for less than $80 and probably have nicer seats by just moving up throughout the game

you may get in for these gameas but BE games are harder to come by.  and you are getting priority points which will matter come bowl time and for big games away.  keep getting em.

as for others there is a recession and florida/tampa has the highest unemployment rate.  All sports attendance has dropped off.  Ask the rays.  Monday the could have clinched the playoffs and only 10k in the stands.  I was there.  It was vacant.

Yep you will be disappointed if you don't have season tickets the next few years. People complain about this years schedule but the next few years will be pretty sweet:

2011- Miami, WVU, Cinci

2012- FSU, Pitt, Rutgers

2013- Same as 2011.

Those are all games you will not be able to get club seats for only $10. FSU in 2012 will probably set the record for highest attended bulls game.
