Again, it's good to see a non-senior doing some scoring for the Bulls. I hope to see Prekivicus, Dennis, and others play bigger roles as the season goes on.

Bien,  I was glad to see Dennis break out of his slump because he was tossing up bricks.  It was one of those things that you see and don't believe because as you said he has such nice shooting motion it is hard to imagine him not lighting it up.

Flowers realized he had zero shot of playing anymore since capko is here.  His situation changed, so he left.  Nothing wrong with that.

Also, Waters reconfirmed that his leaving had nothing to do with USF. He's going to be playing for Mercer near his home:

Ex-Bull heading to Mercer

Former USF point guard Montavious Waters, who left the Bulls in the second week of the season, said he is transferring to Mercer. Waters, a freshman listed in the media guide as USF's "point guard of the future," played six minutes in one game. He will be eligible to play for Mercer in December 2005. The school is about 45 minutes from his Albany, Ga., home, and Waters reiterated that he left USF because of "personal problems" that had nothing to do with basketball or USF.

Times staff writer Greg Auman contributed to this report.
