Bull's Entrance.... Not Good!

We could do something like this...

Our entrance should have two smoke hoses blowing smoke every 3 seconds... Then when we are just about to come out.... Change to a constant stream..... to imitate a raging bull blowing smoke from it's nose

Then the team runs out.

DUDE, I LOVE this idea! It should be accompanied by a video that really fires people up. I liked the one from 2005 where that muscular Bull rams through the boxes with each opposing team's logo, and the last one (NC State) he rams through and ends up in your face and bellowing. Play a video like that, then cut the screen to black. Then show out of the shadows, the face of a Bull with red (or green) eyes. It's snorting fire/smoke, and as the picture becomes clearer, it's running at you. Coordinate the smoke with the video, then explosion of fire or lightning on the screen with an outline of the Bull bellowing as the team runs out of the tunnel in a constant stream of smoke.

This would totally fire people up for the Bulls to run out of the tunnel! It'd be even better if someone could cut some lights just before the explosion on the screen, but I know that's often hard/impossible to do at stadiums.

Stadium lights take more than a few minutes to cool down before they can restrike and light back up.

Another thing that needs to go is the announcer, while HOT is playing, saying "U... S... F" at the most random times.

Then saying "oooh that's hot"

It gets worse and worse every year.  Why would you have all these complicated crowd participation things for a school that has not very much tradition?  HOT!!!  Go!!  Bulls?  Ooooooh so hot!  Mmm!  WE COULD BARELY PULL OFF SPELLING SOUTH FLORIDA WHEN HE STARTED THAT STUFF.

Why does the announcer still try to get the crowd to say "first down" when he is competing with the crowd participation from the band's first down song?

The poor crowd has no chance of getting on the same page.  Go Bulls!
