Charlotte, BCS, and FL are our options. Do we still have Bama? That would b an option as well.

Not the 4th place team. The fourth PICKED team. Major difference.

Yep...they will never be FORCED to pick us...so they won't.  We don't have a traveling fan base rep, and with Rutgers, UConn, and (eventually) Cuse in the backyard, one of those teams will ALWAYS go to the Yankee Bowl.

Not "ALWAYS" - if  those teams aren't available or eligible - or if they were in NYC recently... However, it would make more sense for a northern team to go to a northern bowl whenever the option is available.

Maybe with the passing of George Steinbrenner(sp?) they might want to reconsider naming the Bowl game after him.  After all he was ALL Yankees.
