Sad that USF can't even do this.

To be fair, we at least have RayJay.  That dump (Lockhart Stadium) that I believe some of you have been to in the past, is no more than a rundown, expanded HS stadium.  FAU needed an OCS as much as UCF needed an OCS, which at this time is much more that we need an OCS.

I think that pretty much nails it... those guys built out of necessity and lack of existing viable options
