Our chances might be getting better.  Starting this evening, there is activity on WVU's scout and rivals boards where people are chiming in that Spencer Boyd got off their hook and that he is, in fact, going to USF.  If that is true, maybe Edsel will follow his HS teammate.

The whole thing seemed strange to me.

If he wanted to be with his son who is in Florida, why run off to WVU with him? We've had great success getting hardship waivers in such cases, and could REALLY use him THIS year.  WVU has tons of wideouts.
