Well with USC going on probation and loosing scholorships and no post season play then you throw in Colorado and their low apr score you got a great start at the new Pac-16.  lol

Report that Oklahoma State will be next school to bolt to Pac-10. IMO, that makes sense, because they don't want the Texas syndicate to try and squeeze them out in favor of Baylor.

Oklahoma State Next to Jump to Pac-10

The Oklahoma State Cowboys are blazing a trail to the Pacific-10 Conference ... according to a source -- and leaving the future of the Big 12 Conference in serious jeopardy.

A source in the OK State athletic department tells TMZ Sports the move is a "done deal." The Pac-10 just made it official that Colorado is also jumping off the Big 12 ship.

We're told it's "just a matter of time" before the OK State announcement is also made. It's been rumored that Texas, Texas Tech, Oklahoma, and Texas A&M will also join the new super conference.  Nebraska, it's widely believed, will go to the Big 10.

As for why this is all going down -- our source says "everyone wants a playoff system ... and this is the first step toward doing it."

I think the pac 10 has just given the texas legislature and baylor the middle finger by inviting colorado first.  would they be so bold to try to block texas going to the pac 10 now while the big 12 is imploding.

Texas does not need the PAC10... the PAC10 needs Texas.

At the end of the day the SEC will take Baylor, Texas, and Texas A&M if they can get their hands on them.

However if the SEC takes 3 Texas teams then they will only be able to take 1 team from the ACC and then the ACC will only take 1 team from what is left of the Big East. Thus it would be in the best interest of the Bulls for the PAC10 to take the Texas teams so that the SEC can utterly gut the ACC (FSU, Clemson, Ga Tech, and maybe Miami) so that the ACC can take USF, WV, LV, UC, and 4 other teams.

This is very exciting!!!

This report makes it sound like the Texas schools are heading west...
