off the top of my head...a 3 star safety from Jacksonville area...was a big recruit at the time. Best of Luck

Who cares.

Won't his leaving negatively impact USF's APR??

It happens when new coaches come in, if a player like Sinclair is the one to transfer out...who cares?...

I don't know if it hurts the APR or not though.

I for one will say Thanks SanJay for the info.  I mean, seriously.. you could have gotten a positive response if you had found out if he preferred gold or white helmets so had some idea as to what the player votes on this would be...
