I have an intense dislike for all things UCiF.

My question is, 'If it came down to a choice of either adding UCiF to the BE or disbanding the BE, which would you choose.

For me, I'd have to hold my nose tightly and opt to add UCiF.

How 'bout you?

If that was the choice I doubt anyone would vote to get rid of the Big East. We are not getting into another BCS Conference.

usf is too big not to be in a bcs conference

letting ftu/ou/oc in would be bad for usf unless usf got something in return like a stadium

Not enough info in this hypo for me. If we lose 3 members or more, and invite teams like UCF, the league might still be called the Big East, but we would become a second rate conference like Conference USA.

Now if we lose only one member this would be a different matter.

Either way there are at least ten teams that would be better for the Big East then UCF. Teams like:

TCU, Temple, Navy, Tulane, ECU, Memphis, Houston, Southern Miss, Army... and even teams like Central Michigan, Akron, and Troy

I hate UCF as much as anyone..... But they are way better than Central Michigan, Akron, or Troy....... I do like TCU, Temple, Tulane, ECU, Houston, and possibly Southern Miss better though.

I don't hate UCF!

Central Michigan, Troy, and Akron are on the bottom of my list but still higher then UCF imo!

Central Michigan and Troy have outperformed UCF on the football field and the basketball field by a mile. Akron is a program on the rise. They were in the final this year of the men's soccer championship.

why is everyone so high on temple????  temple would be out of the question for me.  I would rather have memphis (for there basketball at least).  I think ucf would be better than ecu even.  ecu got where it is because of holtz.

Disband and become like Notre Dame.  Just kidding.  Not sure, I guess add the clowns in Orlando.

Philadelphia market, geographic fit, play in NFL stadium, are improving in football and have a great coach, outstanding basketball team with great fan support,...

A lot of potential!

If they do add c-usa teams. Kiss the BCS membership goodbye. The BE is none as a weak football conference. It's like using tape to mend two metal pieces together. Instead of using a weld. The BE has been disrespected for years since the Bulls, Louisville, and Cincy joined. How much respect do you see the BE would get as c-usa II THE SEQUEL?
