I predict 4-5 seed, with Greenberg and VaTech in the second round.  I'll be hoping for Saint Louis and Illinois so I can travel, although a game against the Bills will probably be in Tampa (unless they have already rented out the dome...)

I'd be amazed if USF is that low. I'm thinking either a 2 or a 3. There are a few NIT projections out there and they all have USF as a #2.

I agree with you we should be a 2 or 3 seed, but we won't be. We weren't in the last eight out, and neither was Seton Hall, so I think we will be 4 or 5.

Florida getting into the NCAAT is ludicrous; us getting a number 5 seed would be ludicrous, doesn't mean it won't or can't happen! Based on the fact we were not in the last eight out the highest we can get is a 3.

Just because CBS put a bunch of teams on the screen that didn't get in doesn't mean they were the last eight teams out. As far as I know the NCAA doesn't actually release that information - it's just all the bracketologists guessing.

true but there are plenty of teams that deserve higher seeds than us. Including one in the Big East.
