He still shows as a commitment on our recruiting list on ESPN, and they do update it frequently since Carnes and Bellamy have already been removed from the list. I agree getting Chandler would be an excellent pick up. He is ranked in the ESPN 150 list! Holtz was probably the last coach he talked to since he visited USF this weekend, so I hope Holtz was able to pull off selling the program to this guy!

Yeah I wonder how we haven't been able to secure a DT or two, up until now. That's one position I assume would allow for some early playing time for a good recruit.

I'm just glad we are making the UL fans sweat. They were so cocky that he was all but signed sealed and delivered to them.

Here's a video from ESPN that talks about Chandler and recruiting in the Big East. They show T-Rex committed and Carnes still, so this must have been made in between both announcements.

How things change quickly in recruiting. Word this morning was Todd Chandler was leaning towards South Florida, but we are now hearing Louisville may be back in front of the Bulls. Chandler was set to call Charlie Strong Monday morning, that call was placed, and it seems the Cardinals are now back in front. Stay tuned to this one.

Let us hope that Coach Holtz this weekend was more convincing then Coach Strong this morning! Losing Chandler would be bad news!
