I can't be answering two questions today and then five more on Friday.  Why don't you save them and add to get five on Friday?

Ill bite

1. Do you sense that we'll have a stronger turnout for the Spring Game and/or Game 1(Stony Brook) ?

Our attendance increased to 52553 in 2009, from 49690 in 2008 (avg per game). I dont see this as being substantially higher in 2010 with no visible marquee home games (yet). As far as game 1/spring game, i think attendance will only slightly increase. Alot will depend on non-football related factors IMO (economy, marketing, prices).

2. What major change do you see with Holtz as our new Head Coach?

Attitude. We now have a smarter, more strategically sound team.

BONUS QUESTION

3. Will practices be open ?

I think skip will be a little more inviting than leavitt

1. Do you sense that we'll have a stronger turnout for the Spring Game and/or Game 1(Stony Brook) ?

Spring game will be larger than last years spring game but not a large as Stony Brook.

2. What major change do you see with Holtz as our new Head Coach?

As a leader he will encourage a better team environment and that create excitement.  No more Seniors must play like Planchard.

BONUS QUESTION

3. Will practices be open ?

Sometimes yes, and when it is he will be a lot more communicative and provide more detail.  Leavitt was an enigma and thus the team was, you never knew what you were going to get.  The personality of the top determines the team outlook.

1. Do you sense that we'll have a stronger turnout for the Spring Game and/or Game 1(Stony Brook) ?

YES, due to the unknown.

2. What major change do you see with Holtz as our new Head Coach?

Beyond the externalties such as the previously mentioned media, the Bulls will most likely be a run oriented offense using the running backs.  In the future I could see the Bulls running an offense similar to the one used by Pitt this past season.

BONUS QUESTION

3. Will practices be open ?

No, a small portion of the practice will be open to the media.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
