I think we are headed in that direction.Stupid post.Top 15 yearly just because we're in Florida? Have you seen the facilities in the SEC and ACC? Not to mention the competitiveness of all the California schools and Texas schools as well! We're up against A LOT, even once we get the new stadium. Heck, Miami, FSU, and UF aren't even top 15 annually!!!Should we make the NCAA tourney yearly? Yeah probably. But that's way different from basically saying we should be hosting a regional each and every year!

That's what's taking so long for the schedule to be announced. Most teams schedules have been posted by now so I've been trying to piece it all together.I know we're opening the season AT UF February 19-21, I think. It's not as strong as it is in basketball, but like football it's getting deeper every year. Probably a top 10 conference this year.http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/baseball/news?slug=kr-conferences120709It's cited as being "On the rise""Big East. The Big East still has a plethora of work to do before it can be considered one of the nation’s best conferences, but there’s no question the league is improving. Louisville’s addition to the conference has been huge, and the fact the Cardinals could compete for a national title in ’10 gives the conference a boost. There are plenty of others that have improved, too. South Florida is stockpiling talent and will be a force sooner rather than later. West Virginia also has made some strides, Connecticut has the ability to be much better than it has been the past few seasons, and of course, there’s always Notre Dame. The Fighting Irish have been in a lull the past few seasons, but the postseason hiatus won’t last much longer. There’s also St. John’s, which has been a consistent regional contender the past few seasons with last season an exception."
