Tresspass McMurphy from USF

USF can issue a tresspass to McMurphy. That way if seen anywhere on campus, he is subject to arrest. We used to do it all the time to unrully patrons at the library when i worked there. The charge would be something like inciting a riot, or causing a detrimental disturbance. Just a thought.
