For any of you rugby fans, here's a nice recent blurb about the USF Women's rugby team (a club team) and some of their star players:

Five players from the University of South Florida's women's rugby team played for the Florida Collegiate All Star team in the USA South Championships at Furman University on Saturday 13 November. Within the sport of rugby, all players who play for their club side or university club side are eligible to be selected for the State All Star team. This team plays against other states in the South Region.  The next progression for the athletes is to be selected for the South All Star team which completes in the National Regional Championships and from this squad, our national team is selected. The Florida squad consisted of athletes from USF, UCF, Florida, Florida State, Florida Atlantic, Miami and Naples Women club team.

In the semi-final round, Florida defeated USA Mid-South, an all star select from Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas and Louisiana by 22-0. Corey Morris, a sophomore from USF, played in this match and in her first representative match for the Florida team played really well. Corey is in her first season of rugby and did exceptionally well to be selected for the All Star team.

In the final, Florida defeated a combined Georgia and South Carolina team by 46-0. Four athletes from USF's women's team started for Florida in this match, Stacey Morgan, the USF team captain, Brittany Lee, Maureen O'Loughlin and Shaunna Day. Corey Morris came on as a replacment for the last 15 minutes. All the USF players were outstanding. Stacey Morgan is palying for the All Star team for the third season and is fully expected to be selected for the South All Star squad as a result of her performance at Furman.

Brittany Lee is in her second All Star season and made the best score of the game in the second half. She too will warrant serious consideration for the South All Star team. Maureen O'Loughlin opposite number on the Georgia team is already a national team player and Maureen's defense was so good, she totally neutralised the other team's best weapon. Shaunna Day was the MVP of the tournament. This young lady will not only go on to play for the south, she will be seriously considered for the national team to play in next year's world championships, she was outstanding.

USF's coach Les Davidson is also the Florida All Star coach. He said after the final, "USF's contribution to this team was enormous. Our program is improving all the time and to have four starters out of 15 on the All Star Final is a compliment to our athletes and the program."

I've watched them practice a time or two and have met some of them, and can honestly say that many are quite cute, and some just absolutely stunning!

You know it Big Luke.  If you find some pics Im sure you will agreee.  I can't remember her name, but I work at the Marshall Center and she was trying to get a room reserved for them. She was definitely attractive.
