But shouldn't this be almost a sticky at the top just saying there will never be a live bull

and a huge expense.  its not like you just rent a bull for game days...

you have to care for it year round.  or atleast pay someone to care for it.

id rather that money go to recruiting budget or upgrades in our facilities or keep ticket prices lower

Also, every time we try to raise one, it gores someone. The Spirit of Rocky cannot be contained in a live Bull!!

Let me say first that I am not lobbying for a live bull.  But to say it is a lawsuit waiting to happen?  Texas and Colorado come to mind with live large animals.  They are tethered and chained/roped.  Maybe the Virginia Cavalier rider that got tossed earlier this year will be suing?

Not sure how it would be a huge expense either?  apart from the initial purchase.  A lot of people put cattle on their land just to save on property tax.  They pretty much take care of themselves.  And there is no way that there isn't someone associated with the school that has cattle and wouldn't be stoked about designating their bull to be the schools "live" mascot.  

We wouldn't even have necessarily to have it at every game, just bring it to the big games like tonight.
