Need some help.

I got this PM on another board I hang out on. I don't know how to answer, because I haven't been on campus in a long long time (years) and do not know who to direct her to.

At Lake Weir High School, we are planning a field trip on February 11 to MOSI in Tampa. We would like to take the kids (probably 300 or so kids) to USF for lunch in the student union. We did this last year in Gainesville at UF and the kids really love being "on campus" at the universities. We should be arriving between 10 and 10:30 that morning on charter buses and plan to give the kids until 11:30 to eat. We will then board the buses again to go to MOSI. Is there an area close to the student union where the kids could eat outside if they chose to? Should we contact anyone at USF to let them know we are coming, and if so, who would that person be? Any suggestions you might have would be appreciated.

Do they mean eat inside campus?  There are several places inside campus to eat, not only at the new MC.  Or do they mean that they actually want to eat outside?  Because that's also possible.  Also, they're going to get there when parking will be crazy, so I hope they have some spots reserved.

I think they are talking about eating on campus at the MC outside.
